A beautiful home nestled amongst the indigenous bush, elevated with views over St Francis Bay and only a short stroll to the beach. 10 Anne Avenue is  perfect for family holidays, parents, friends and children will find this house full of life and character, made warm with earthy tones and comfortable living spaces. The home features an open plan living area with a large fireplace, Tv with DSTV, a lovely dining area that leads out onto the expansive deck (the perfect spot for evening sundowners). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a weber available for those that would rather opt for a braai. There are two en-suite bedrooms located downstairs, the first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, perfect for parents with a small child. The second bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and a bathroom with a shower. Located upstairs in the loft room, there are five singles beds which is ideal for families with lots of children willing to share their sleeping space. The loft room has its own bathroom with a bathtub. With many books and boardgames, children will have an absolute ball keeping themselves entertained. Upon request we are able to provide a daily housekeeper, at an additional charge. The house does have a separate laundry room with a mashing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking is located at the top of the driveway, with only enough space for one vehicle. Additional vehicles may have to park at the bottom of the driveway. Please note this home is not wheelchair friendly.
