Listings are professionally photographed, edited and marketed through a creative property write-up.
Listings are hosted on the Home & Away website, and made available for immediate bookings and enquiries.
With the consent of each owner, listings can be hosted and managed on external booking platforms.
A full interior and exterior pre-clean service is performed before every guest or owner arrival.
A daily housekeeping service is offered during guests’ stay, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
A full interior and exterior after-clean service is performed the day of guest or owners departure.
Check-ins / Check-outs
Property keys may be kept with the Home & Away Office, or alternate arrangements can be made.
Guests may check-in to their accommodation by use of the Home & Away reception desk that operates Monday – Saturday, with the option of after hour check-ins made by prior arrangement.
Alternatively, we do check-ins and checkouts, as well as property familiarizations with our Guests at the property location.
Laundering of all linens and towels will be done after guests’ or owners’ departure, through the use of an external laundry service.
Alternatively, linen and towels as well as personal items may be sent for laundering during the guests or owners’ stay, with prior arrangement made. Additional charges will occur.
A full digital inventory will be performed on our Listings.
The inventory will be regularly monitored and updated before and after each guest or owners stay.
Garden and Household Maintenance
We offer a full garden and household maintenance service that includes upgrades for the interior and exterior for each of our listings. This service can be tailored to suit the needs and requirements of our owners and their property.
Please note external contractors will carry out the maintenance services.
DSTV Connection and Troubleshooting
We offer the service of managing DSTV accounts, enabling and disabling before and after guest or owner arrivals and departures.
Should guests or owners experience any technical difficulties with their DSTV accounts or televisions we will arrange for an external contractor to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
Home & Away will provide a full set of sundries for each booking.
These sundries include luxury toiletry items such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Lotions and Toilet Paper.
We will also provide a starter pack for the kitchen, which includes Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk, Bin Liners, Dish sponges and Sunlight Liquid.
Additional items may be arranged per request at an additional charge.
Occasional Extra’s such as gift baskets, welcome hampers and season greetings can be made available for guests or owners with prior arrangement.
For bookings of 7 nights stay or longer, a welcome hamper will be made available.
